Entry level pay rates will be based on skill level and experience. Opportunity to move to higher paying positions and annual hourly pay rate increases will also be available. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Rx, 401K!

All employees must be capable of working either shift. We are diligently working to cross-train employees so that we can open our third shift for bidding.
Cross-training requires our employees to have the ability to move between shifts as the needs of the business dictate. All new hires as of 11/01/2022 should expect 2nd shift hours.
Shift lengths are dictated by our weekly production goals being met or exceeded.
Team A:M/T/W/R/F (10 hr: 5a to 3p) (12hr: 3a to 3p) S(if needed)(8 hr: 5a to 1p)
Team B:M/T/W/R/F (10 hr: 3p to 1a) (12hr: 3p to 3a) S(if needed)(8 hr: 1p to 9p)

As our teams and business evolve so are our schedules. We are striving to provide our employees with WORK-LIFE BALANCE. As we move towards that goal our shifts are evolving.
In the future, we would like to adopt an ALTERNATIVE WORK SCHEDULE that will include some 4 day work weeks and longer weekends.
